GuardianAI is built with a privacy-first approach. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate the app, analyze suspicious content, prevent abuse, provide subscriptions, improve safety features, and support users.

We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, usage events, subscription status, and basic diagnostics to keep GuardianAI working properly and improve reliability.
If you use location-based features such as the Threat Map or scams near you, GuardianAI may request access to location information. Location access is optional and controlled by your device settings.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. GuardianAI may receive subscription status, product identifiers, transaction tokens, and related purchase verification information. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

GuardianAI may allow you to save or view past scan results in History. History is intended to help you review prior scam checks and share helpful warnings with family or friends. You may delete saved results where the app provides that option.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only as needed to operate GuardianAI, including with trusted service providers that help provide hosting, analytics, artificial intelligence analysis, crash reporting, subscription verification, security, or customer support.
When you choose to report a scam to a government agency, platform, financial institution, or other third party, you are responsible for reviewing what information is submitted. GuardianAI may help guide or prepare reports, but the final submission may occur outside the app.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of GuardianAI, our users, or others.
GuardianAI uses AI and automated systems to help classify potential scams, explain why something may be dangerous, and provide safety recommendations. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unable to detect every threat. You should use GuardianAI as a safety assistant, not as a guaranteed fraud prevention system.
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, operate subscriptions, improve safety features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some information may be retained in logs, backups, or records for a limited period.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No app, website, system, or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for using strong device security and being cautious with suspicious content.
GuardianAI may offer paid subscriptions, including monthly or annual plans, and may include a free trial where available. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment issues are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms and policies.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
GuardianAI may contain links to websites, agencies, app stores, articles, or other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, accuracy, content, or security of third-party services.
GuardianAI is intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
You may manage app permissions, including location and notifications, through your device settings. You may delete certain app data through available app features. You may also contact us with privacy requests or questions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the effective date above. Continued use of GuardianAI after changes means you accept the updated policy.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GuardianAI. By using GuardianAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or services.
GuardianAI provides scam detection, fraud awareness, AI-assisted analysis, educational content, safety tips, and related tools. You may use GuardianAI only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless we provide written permission otherwise.
GuardianAI is designed to help identify suspicious activity, but no technology can detect every scam, fraud attempt, malicious link, dangerous QR code, spoofed number, phishing message, or social engineering tactic. Results may be wrong or incomplete.
You remain responsible for your decisions, including whether to click links, call numbers, send money, share personal information, report scams, or interact with suspicious content.
You agree not to misuse GuardianAI. You may not:
Some GuardianAI features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, trial periods, renewal timing, cancellation options, and refund eligibility are shown through Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple or Google account settings before renewal. We do not control App Store or Google Play refund decisions.
GuardianAI, including its name, logo, design, app features, text, graphics, software, analysis format, and related content, is owned by Arty Fishall LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit GuardianAI without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to GuardianAI. By submitting content, you grant GuardianAI permission to process it for app functionality, analysis, safety, troubleshooting, security, and service improvement.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.
GuardianAI may rely on third-party services, app stores, hosting providers, AI providers, analytics tools, advertising networks, or linked resources. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, terms, content, or policies.
We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue GuardianAI or any feature at any time. We may also impose reasonable usage limits to protect the service and users.
We may suspend or terminate access to GuardianAI if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the service, created security risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the app in a harmful or unlawful way.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arty Fishall LLC and GuardianAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, financial losses, fraud losses, identity theft losses, or damages arising from your reliance on GuardianAI results.
GuardianAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, secure, or able to detect every scam or threat.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different law is required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GuardianAI after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes.
